Kansas City’s favorite Santa event is back again this year! Please read the info below for all details, before you book.

Get the holiday season started with the ultimate Santa experience: S’mores with Santa!

Venture out to the beautiful Gather at Red Cedar Gardens in Stilwell, and have your private, socially distanced time around the fire pit beautifully documented by Faces You Love by Helen Ransom.

Please Read the Following Before Booking

Each reservation is for up to 7 people. If you have more people in your party (grandchildren, cousins, etc) you must book 2 back to back sessions.
These sessions will happen rain or shine. If it rains, we will move to an open air pavilion on the same grounds. We’ll put a smaller fire pit there and have a beautiful, cozy atmosphere with Santa!
These tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. Know well in advance that you won’t be able to make it after all? There will likely be a wait list, and I am more than happy to help you sell your spot to someone on the wait list. If it’s a last minute issue, you are welcome to sell or give your spot to a friend. Cost this year is $149 per spot.
Your ticket includes the session time (about 8-10 minutes) and your choice of 4 digital images. An online gallery will be made available in 10 days or less, and for the December 12th sessions the hope is to have them done by the end of that week.
“Can we use those digitals to make prints or cards?” Absolutely! You’ll have a print release, or you also may opt to go really stress free and order cards from Faces You Love this year. Samples will be at the event, as well as in your online gallery.
“Can we hop into a picture?” This was a common question last year, and the answer is a resounding yes! We loved seeing entire families around the fire pit with Santa last year, and would love to see more of the same this year!
Parent of littles, if your baby is either not sitting, or new to sitting, we are hopeful that Santa will be able to hold them this year! If not (or if you’d rather not), we’ll have some soft seating/basket options to place next to Santa for the photo opp (assuming of course that you are opting out of being in the pictures yourself).
Feeling under the weather? Please, please, please give your ticket to a friend and stay home! No one wants to the one that got Santa sick, and when you arrive for your session we are trusting that you are all healthy.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time, so that you have time to check in at the desk and do last minute face & hair checks on the kids.
