Everyday Beauty
Each year I like to work on a little personal photography project. Something to break up the day to day, a chance to get my creativity flowing in different ways, and a way to celebrate certain features, loves, aspects of life…
Projects kicked off in 2015 with my That Hair! project, showcasing adorable kiddos with amazing hair. Last year (2016) was still about children, but this time with their Favorite Thing – seriously so cute!
This year is going to be all about women. Women who are beautiful in their own individual, everyday kind of way, yet often don’t see it or feel it. This year is all about breaking that barrier and getting more women of all ages in front of my camera, even if only for 5 minutes. They’re told to come as they are – minimal or no make-up, whatever clothes they’re comfortable in, and no kids or spouses to hide behind (come on ladies – you know most of us are guilty of that!).
Be proud of who you are, and let’s show this next generation of girls what confidence and beauty truly looks like!

Here’s what you need to know & do:
Be willing to come as you are!
Be willing to sign the model release so that your picture can be showcased in the online and printed (album for studio) galleries.
Claim a shoot date spot, and commit to being there.
