4 Sisters – A Newborn Session

I’ve been on quite the photographic journey with this family in the last year, and it has been such a pleasure to be a part of!

We kicked things off in April with a pregnancy announcement!

Then in October Melissa was a willing model for me when I wanted to try out some in-studio maternity poses & lighting scenarios. She rocked that session! (And made the pretty floral sash, which she was nice enough to leave for future Faces You Love mamas to wear too!)

Finally we come to late December, when sweet little Emery – daughter #4 – made her appearance!

That was the final frame from her session, and clearly she was enjoying herself! Not only is her smile sweet, but the blanket she’s wrapped in is sentimental… it’s the same blanket her 3 big sisters were baptized in, and a couple of months after her newborn session, Emery was baptized in it too. I do love the sentimental!

All 3 of her big sisters were SO excited about her arrival, and completely doted on her the entire session! I already can’t wait to watch these 4 interact together over the years. I really think their bond is going to be amazing!
