Spring Garden Mini Sessions
Maybe your family is just overdue for family pictures. Or maybe your child just celebrated another birthday or milestone. Or maybe, just maybe, you love beautiful photographs and know you can never have too many!

Private garden in Stilwell, KS
Cost: $390 for the session and 3 portraits of your choice, received both digitally and printed. Package upgrades available to give you more images to love.
How long is the session: I’ll have you in and out in 20 minutes or less!
How many people: Mini Sessions are made for immediate families of 7 or less. If you have more folks you want included, please reach out to Helen prior to booking for the best solution.

Will we have time for individual photos?
Absolutely! Whether those individuals are for each child, a few maternity portraits, or simply because you need an updated headshot, we’ll have time for those individual poses plus group poses.
How soon are the pictures ready?
We’ll be ready for your ordering appointment within a couple of days of your session, and once you’ve chosen and purchased your favorites, the turn around time ranges from 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on what you purchased (shorter time for just digitals, longer time if you wanted wall art).
Can I bring my new baby? What about a cake for my one year old?
Definitely “no” to the cake, and the new baby is a “sort of”. I won’t pose your new baby on their own, especially given that we’ll be outside, but am happy to capture family and sibling photos of all of you!

No, mini sessions are super short and as sucho

No, mini sessions are meant to be truly short and sweet, and as such we only allow the one outfit. If clothing changes are important to you, my Custom Session might be a much better fit!
What if it rains?
I’ve got you! I start stalking that weather forecast nice and early, and if it looks like trouble I’ll be in constant communication with clients right up making the “it’s a go” or “we’re moving to the rain date” call one hour before the first session. Why do we wait until an hour before? Because the weather changes here so ridiculously fast, and there’s nothing worse than calling it hours before hand and then the clouds part for the most beautiful evening. Trust me.
